I like the advice to ask the team about their week when you've been away at a conference. I tend to be so excited about whatever conference I've just been to, I jabber away about it. I'm going to remember that. I can't help but laugh that you were intimidated to talk to Esther. Maybe I was too the first time I've met her but over the years she has been so helpful and so approachable, it's hard to imagine anyone would find her intimidating! :-> Isn't it wonderful to have people like the ones you have listed in the agile community, so willing to help the rest of us?
