		<description>Maybe next year I&#039;ll finally get to AYE, it sounds terrific! I like the advice to ask the team about their week when you&#039;ve been away at a conference. I tend to be so excited about whatever conference I&#039;ve just been to, I jabber away about it. I&#039;m going to remember that.

I can&#039;t help but laugh that you were intimidated to talk to Esther. Maybe I was too the first time I&#039;ve met her but over the years she has been so helpful and so approachable, it&#039;s hard to imagine anyone would find her intimidating! :-&gt; Isn&#039;t it wonderful to have people like the ones you have listed in the agile community, so willing to help the rest of us? It&#039;s one of the things that drew me to agile in the first place.</description>
