My approach to Agile is a simple 4 step process:
- Understand: I will work to understand your needs and help you understand the time and commitment required to implement Agile.
- Educate: I will create custom training and workshops for your organization in exchange for your commitment to learning and openness to new ideas.
- Execute: I will get my hands dirty in the trenches in exchange for you rolling up your sleeves and willingness to remain focused through any difficulty.
- Reflect: I will help you see results and discover what is working, what is not working and how we can move forward together.
These 4 steps repeat themselves until you believe you are self-sustaining at which point my work is done. I will continue to provide ongoing support where necessary.
