Track 1: Lean Startup 101 – This track is for people who are new to Lean Startup. We’ll give you an overview of what is it and how to get started with using Lean Startup in your business.
Track 2: Developing Experiments – This is for people who have an idea, know a bit about Lean Startup and need help accelerating their idea with experiments. We’ll include how to create experiments, how to use a validation canvas and how to measure progress.
Track 3: Get’Er Done – This track is for people who have an MVP and want some hands on help with landing pages, content and messaging and using analytics.
