Traditional change managers cite that 70% of change initiatives fail, yet they also state that their method or framework ensures success. Sounds a bit fishy.
Not much has changed in change management over the last couple of decades which is why a handful of innovators have begun applying the principles of Lean Startup to organizational change. It’s a means of moving the slider away from plan-driven approaches towards a more feedback driven approach to managing change.
