Jason Little, the author of the book Lean Change, and the initiator of the Lean Change global training community is holding his faciliator training in Helsinki 23-24.1.2017, and is happy to share his groove in a morning meetup with the Agile HR Finland network.
JASON’S KEYNOTE: Lean change. Many of today’s change models are linear and plan-driven. The Lean Change Management Cycle is inspired by applying Agile, and Lean Startup principles to change. Jason will share the ideology behind lean change, whereafter we will have a facilitated 30 min Q & A with Jason.
