Kanban is the best way to evolve your business. You change gradually by not changing anything! Sounds good to me! Oh wait, isn’t Scrum better? It forces you to change and exposes all of your organizational dysfunctions! Um, on third-thought, maybe scaling frameworks are the best because they provide a one-size-fits-all framework for getting Agile to work.
It should come as no surprise that everything that is in “Agile” is lifted from ideas, methods and practices that are older than pretty much everyone who isn’t retired at this point.
