Change management brings many tools, methods and practices for managing change and Agile brings a set of values and principles for how to better manage work in today’s organizations.
Lean Change is a method that applies Lean Startup principles to organizational change. In this session myself and Gerry Kirk will talk about the evolution of Lean Change and share stories from the trenches.
